Delete your account in the app

You can permanently delete your account directly in the app at any time:

1. Open the My Cards app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Signing in again afterwards is not possible; a new, empty account will be created instead.

Alternative: request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email at anton@nvpsoftware.com. Please include the email address or phone number linked to the account. We will process the request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed:

• Your user account (authentication)
• Your profile
• Your saved cards

What data is retained

Data may be retained only where required by law. No card data associated with your account is kept after deletion.
